Lost or Missing Packages

CLEO ST. is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once your order has been marked as delivered by Australia Post or your local postal service. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact Australia Post directly to launch an investigation.

We’ll always do our best to assist where we can, but once a parcel is marked as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
