Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for items that are free from stains, fragrance, scuffs, or damage. All returns must be in sellable condition with the original manufacturer tags attached.

By default, you’ll receive a store credit for returned items - this helps us process returns quickly and ensure you can reorder whenever you’re ready.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form. Once your return is submitted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • All items must be in original packaging and in the condition you received it in.
  • CLEO ST. reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of makeup, perfume, pet hair, or damage - due to the care and time we put into cleaning and preparing each piece for our customers.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, while store credits will be issued as a digital gift card for use on future purchases.
