Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, fragrance, scuffs, or damage. All returns must be in sellable condition with the original manufacturer tags attached.

By default, you’ll receive a store credit for returned items - this helps us process returns quickly and ensure you can reorder whenever you’re ready.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • All items must be in original packaging and in brand-new condition.
  • CLEO ST. reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or damage.
  • For hygiene reasons, accessories, hats, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, while store credits will be issued as a digital gift card for use on future purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in quality control, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
