Cleo & Capri will not be help responsible for orders that show delivered but have not been received. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further support.

RETURNS

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, fragrance, scuffs, or damage. All returns must be in sellable condition, with original packaging and manufacturer tags attached.

Returns qualify for store credit only and can be used for our future drops.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Our clothing is carefully selected and since our store runs on drops, we focus on delivering quality and confidence in every piece. Because of this, refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged of faulty.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a refund promptly via your original payment method.
